Q: How do I rent the room?

Fill out and download the contract from the policies and forms link on this page. Return the completed contract and full payment due to the mall office.

Q: How much does the room cost?

The Clearview Rooms are rented by the hour, 1/2 day or full day. Please see the rates posted on the home page for the Clearview Room, which also has the square footage of each room and the maximum capacity for each.

Q: What is included in my room rental?

Your rental includes access to tables and chairs that you set up and take down. If you prefer, you may choose to pay the $75 set up/take down fee and our staff will set up the room in one standard arrangement provided by you for your event. Any changes to the initial arrangement will be done by you.

Q: When can I see the room?

The room is available to be shown by appointment only. Please contact us to make an appointment.

Q: Can I bring in my own food?

Yes – with the approval of mall management.
